This thirst-quenching Aligoté is the first varietal expression of the grape to be bottled in Mexico. Textured and bright, the final wine shows racy flavors of citrus rind, Meyer lemon, and sea salt. Pair with raw bar favorites or fish tacos. TRESOMM was founded in 2017 by Taylor Grant, Conner Mitchell, and Christopher Miller MS and is based in the Valle de Guadalupe in Baja, Mexico.
