From young vines in Souhaut’s recent 0.3 ha plantation in d’Arlebosc, Vallée du Doux. Hand-harvested and sorted Merlot, whole bunch fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged in old French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered with 25 ppm of sulfur.
