Fourth generation estate Génot-Boulanger produces classic wines from 22 hectares scattered from Chambolle Musigny to Mercurey. Organic and biodynamic conversion has been in progress since 2008, seeking to produce the most terroir-driven wines as possible. The 2015 ‘Les Vergers’ comes from a small, .7 hectare parcel, aged in a combination of oak and steel, creating a palate full of juicy stone fruit and energetic acidity. Refreshing & satisfying.
