Eleni and Edouard Vocoret first met in New Zealand while working harvest in 2010. Shortly after they married, the duo moved back to Chablis and have since been working to convert their 50 hectares of vines to hand-harvests and lutte raisonée farming. The ‘Les Pargues’ vineyard is situated just next to La Foret and is one of Chablis’ most southerly growing sites. The wine is rich yet zesty, marked by flavors of lemon, flint, and lime flower. Enjoy now through 2028 alongside oysters, foie gras, and pungent cheeses.
