Domaine de la Tournelle was founded in 1991 by Evelyne and Pascal Clairet, situated in the heart of Arbois. The duo works six hectares of vines all organically, producing 12 different cuvées. Fruit for ‘L’uva Arbosiana’ comes from 20-30 year old Poulsard vines and is carbonically macerated/fermented with native yeasts. Notes of bright strawberries and tart white cherries dominate, leading to an acid-driven, insanely thirst-quenching finish.
