Wines are native-yeast fermented and aging is done in wood. Fruit for ‘Genevrieres’ comes from a single-vineyard 1er cru growing site in Meursault. The final wine shows notes of tangy citrus fruit, white flowers, and baking spice, which lead to a long, saline-driven finish.
