Yves Canarelli took over his family’s estate in 1993 and has since pioneered the revival of indigenous Corsican grape varieties across the island’s oldest appellation, Figari. All fruit at the estate is grown organically and biodynamically. This varietal Biancu Gentile is vinified and aged on its lees in concrete eggs, creating a textured and complex wine loaded with flavors of yellow fruit, white flowers, and Mediterranean herbs.
