‘Val Vilaine’ is produced entirely from Pinot Noir and hails from its namesake lieu-dit. Notes of tart red fruit, chamomile, and white flowers dominate this utterly thirst-quenching palate. Bouchard wines are now produced at the hands of Cédric Bouchard, a former sommelier who took over his family vines back in 2000. All wines at Bouchard are produced from single varieties, organically farmed single-vineyards, and single vintages, with no dosage added.
