The Monteraponi estate is located in the village of Radda, situated in the heart of Chianti. Fruit comes from vineyards planted at 400-500 meters above sea level and is vinified as naturally as possible. ‘Baron Ugo’ comes from 40-year-old vines and is macerated for 45 days. The final wine is aromatic, spicy, and bright, noted with flavors of cherry, sandalwood, and tobacco leaf.
