Domaine de Marquiliani Vin de Corse Rose de Pauline 2020
Domaine de Marquiliani is considered a pioneer of Corsican rosé, as they were the first to plant Niellucciu and Syrah on their side of the island. ‘Rosé de Pauline’ is a Sciaccarellu and Syrah dominant blend, direct pressed and vinified in steel. The final wine is satisfyingly delicate, full of lifted floral aromatics and saline-tinged acidity. Notes of red fruit, citrus, and sea breeze dominate the palate; a perfect escape to the rugged Corsican coast.
