This top cuvée from Yann Bertrand was first produced in 2017 and is his longest-aged wine. Fruit comes from his oldest (70-100 years) organically-farmed vines in the lieu-dit of Grand Pré. Energetic flavors of bing cherries, strawberry skin, rose petals, and wet rocks ooze from the wine’s silky palate. ‘Emile’ is named after Yann’s eldest son.
