Gonzales Bastias is owned and operated by Jose Luis Bastias and Daniela Lorenzo, who farm the estate’s four hectares of vines organically and biodynamically. Fruit grows in sandy gravel soils and is pressed by hand into open-top cement vats. This varietal Pais comes from an impressive 200-year-old single vineyard in the heart of the Maule region.
