This Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs is produced at the hands of one of our favorite grower-producers. ‘L'Étonnant Monsieur Victor’ is crafted from the best tank of the current vintage and the best tank of reserve wine. The label is designed every year by Rodolphe Peters’ 17-year-old son, Victor. Notes of bright citrus, brioche, and white flowers dominate the wine’s mineral-driven backbone. We can’t get enough of this bottle.
