Mayacamas Vineyards was first founded in 1889 by John Henry Fisher and was renamed to its current title back in 1941. The estate has been producing high-quality and balanced wines for over fifty years and focuses on early harvests, meticulous farming, and use of neutral oak to keep wines bright and vibrant. Now almost 15 years old, this luscious and mouthfilling Chardonnay is showing beautifully in 2020. Notes of tropical fruit, tart pear, honey, and buttered toast are marked by boatloads of citrus-driven acidity and a lingering finish. Drink now with roast chicken or creamy risotto.
