Maxime Magnon is hands-down one of the Langeudoc’s best vignerons, though his production is relatively small. ‘La Demarrante’ is a whole cluster Carignan dominant blend rounded out with Grenache and Syrah. The wine is poppy and bright, marked by flavors of red berries, pine, white pepper, and herbs. Think Bojo meets Languedoc!
