"Les Vins Pirouettes" is a small group of producers in Alsace, all organic or biodynamic certified. This one's biodynamic and bright, a natural wine made with carbonic maceration. Herbal and red fruit notes make this a top chillable red. This is such a cool wine, and we're pouring this with fresh salad and salty snacks. Could be a sip-from-the-bottle sort of thing, too!
