Laura Lorenzo-DaTerra has become one of the most revolutionary winemakers in all of Galicia. She focuses on indigenous varieties, organic farming, & minimalist vinification. Fruit for this Godello dominant blend comes from 80 to 120-year-old vines, 90% of which was destemmed and left on skins for a short period of time. Rich and textured, the wine shows flavors of yellow apple, herbs, and tart citrus. Pair with white fish or caprese salads.
