This sleek and satisfying Gamay from Julien Sunier is loaded with high-toned flavors of bing cherries, pomegranate juice, cracked black pepper, and rose petals. As with most of his wines, Sunier ferments these grapes whole-bunch in concrete vats with native yeasts. Delicious!
