Former Wind Gap winemaker Scott Schultz brings his winemaking talents to Jolie-Laide, a small production winery situated in the heart of Sebastopol, California. This luscious blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, and Viogoner comes from an 18-hectare vineyard in the Sierra Foothills, owned and cared for by renowned farmer Ann Kraemer. Fruit is picked together and co-fermented whole cluster, leading to a wine noted with flavors of raspberry, olive brine, black pepper, red flowers and garrigue. Simply stunning!
