Although officially founded by cousins Daniel and José in 2004, the Jimenez-Landi has deep winemaking roots in the DO of Mentrida, producing exquisite Grenache-based wines from old vines, farmed organically and biodynamically. All wines are ferment with natural yeasts and are aged in dark oak barrels. ‘Reina de los Deseos’ is elegant and fresh, produced from varietal, destemmed Grenache, showing flavors of dark red fruit, plum, and earth.
