This tart and tangy varietal Trousseau is one of Ganevat’s most important and highly regarded cuvées. Fruit comes from vines planted in 1949 and 2000 in the heart of the Jura, and production is quite small. Notes of tart cherries, strawberry skin, white pepper, and crushed pebbles dominate the wine’s highly drinkable palate. Serve chilled.
