Domaine Hubert Brochard is operated by the fifth and sixth generations of the Brochard family, who farm 61.5 hectares of vines across the Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, and IGP Val de Loire appellations. The family focuses on Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, which thrive in the regin’s silex (flint) and chalky soils.
