Founded in 1930, now headed by Gérard Boudot, SARL Sauzet works with three family-owned properties who cultivate organic fruit and experiment with biodynamic practices. Fruit is sorted, pressed, and vinified in oak. ‘Les Combettes’ shows ripe flavors of juicy pear, peach, and white flowers, with toasted hazelnut undertones. Dry, juicy, and hints of reduction, with well-integrated oak. A stunner!
