Owned and operated by Sven Enderle and Florian Moll, this namesake winery has long been deemed one of the best Pinot Noir producers in all of Germany. The duo works with very old vines in Baden, which they farm all organically and biodynamically. ‘Liaison’ comes from 45 to 50-year-old vines planted in limestone/sandstone. Notes of juicy red cherries, ripe raspberries, and tart orange dominate this well-balanced, insanely delicious palate.
