This Merlot-dominant blend is the king of Elian’s lineup. Baquey comes from its eponymous lieu-dit and has some serious ageworthy potential. This wine promises to give Right Bank Bordeaux a run for its money! Although released after 2-3 years in bottle, we recommend giving it another 5 or so to really show its best. Elian Da Ros is one of South West France’s most exciting up-and-coming winemakers and we can’t get enough of his wines.
