Vallé formerly trained under Jean-Francois Coche-Dury and Gérard Chave, both of whom instilled a sense of humble excellence in Laurent. His Blanc is a Roussanne dominant blend that ferments in steel and is blended before aging in demi-muids. This rich and round classic shows juicy flavors of stone fruit, honey, & sappy citrus.
