Alberto Nanclares creates some of the most age-worthy, saline-tinged wines in all of Galicia, cultivating all vines organically and with some biodynamic principles. Fruit for Dandelion comes from multiple old vine plots cultivated in sandy, granitic soils. The juice ferments with native yeasts and is entirely vinified in steel, creating a fresh, high-acid, and easy-drinking white. A total steal for grower Albarino of this caliber!
