Founded by Hardy Wallace and Matt Richardson, Dirty & Rowdy’s mission is to create ‘untinkered with wines,’ from vineyards all over California. No recipes or additions are used during vinification. The 2018 ‘Familiar’ white is a Semillon dominant (55%) kitchen sink blend of varieties, made with 40% skin contact, 60 % whole cluster, and native yeast fermentation. The wine shows notes of citrus, lemon, and chilled banana. A great food wine!
