Amapola Creek Vineyards was founded by iconic Sonoma winemaker Richard Arrowood and his wife Alis in June of 2010. After producing wine for 45 years at Chateau St. Jean and Arrowood Winery, the duo decided to devote themselves full-time to producing small-batch wines at Amapola Creek. The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon oozes with flavors of ripe blackberries, juicy black plums, currants, pomegranate, vanilla, and cedar. Structured backbone and well-integrated tannins make this wine perfect for laying down in the cellar.
