Enrolling in oenology school at the young age of 16, Laura Lorenzo-DaTerra has become one of the most revolutionary winemakers in all of Galicia, focusing on indigenous varieties, organic farming, & hands-off vinification in the cellar. ‘Azos’ is a field blend of Galician red varieties, destemmed and aged 11 months in used oak.
