Suriol’s long-standing viticultural roots in Penedes date back to the 1400s. The estate is known for their pioneering of organic farming and minimal intervention in the cellar. This Cava Reserva is a blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada that ferments with native yeasts and ages for four months in concrete, followed by 24 months on the lees in bottle prior to disgorgement. Notes of stone fruit, brioche, chalk, and wet stones lead to a zesty and satisfying finish. Perfect for weekend brunches at home.
