This single-vineyard Champagne promises to elevate any party, gathering, or simple night in at home. Notes of honey, stone fruit, and citrus dominate the wine’s refreshing palate, which is marked by a strong salinity and serious sense of place. Fruit comes from the East part of the village of Cumieres and is vinified in wood, followed by three and a half years of sur-lie aging. Bottled without added sugar (Brut Nature).
