This single-vineyard Cabernet from Arnot-Roberts is a perfect example of what ‘New California’ Cab looks like. Fruit comes from 60-year-old dry-farmed vines cultivated at 1,700 feet above sea level in Sonoma Valley. Fruit is destemmed and aged for 22 months in barrels. Notes of red flowers, dark fruits, and earthy undertones dominate this structured, serious bottle of Cab. Drink starting in 2022.
