The Boxler name is synonymous with top-notch Alsatian wine. With regional roots dating back to 1673, the family is best known for producing some of Alsace’s most serious, delicious, and ageworthy varietal white wines. Located in the Haut-Rhin, the estate’s vineyards create soil-specific bottles based on distinct single-vineyard sites. Although Boxler is best known for their single variety wines, this unique cuvée is a blend of Boxler’s top Riesling, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris. Lush, floral, and citrus-driven, the wine shows notes of stone fruit, tangerine, and honeysuckle. Pair with various takeout cuisines that pack a bit of heat, specifically Thai or Indian.
