This juicy and fruit-driven Shiraz produced by our friend Jonathan Ross MS will change everything you thought you knew about this misunderstood grapes. Fruit for this cuvée is hand-harvested, 20% whole-cluster fermented, and semi-carbonially macerated in steel tanks, followed by 12 months of aging in large oak casks on the fine lees. Savory notes of dark fruit, black olives, and wet earth dominate the wine’s succulent, fruit-driven palate. Serve slightly chilled with your favorite grilled meats & veggies.
