This organic Chevalier-Montrachet from Vincent Dancer comes from his tiny holdings (0.1 hectare) in Chevalier. Vines were planted in 1952 and are worked by horse. The wine is unctuous, rich, and marked by flavors of honeyed stone fruit, baking spice, and flinty vanilla. Only one barrel (300 bottles) of this incredible wine are made. Snag it while you can!
