Located in the heart of Saumur, Domaine Guiberteau’s 14.5 hectares of organically farmed vines are dedicated to the region’s signature varieties, Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. All fruit is destemmed and fermented with native yeasts, aged without new oak (except Arboises and Brézé), and wines are bottled unfined/unfiltered. 'Chapaudaises' is elegant and dry with lovely restrained fruit, one of our favorite reds in the Guiberteau portfolio.
