The dialect name of the vineyard "I Grop" refers to the limestone formations rich in fossils which, in the form of large boulders, characterize that stretch of the hill. This "Cru", obtained from selected Barbera grapes in the "old vineyard", is an important wine that combines structure and elegance. It ages in large oak barrels, according to the Piedmontese tradition, so that it can maintain the balance between the qualities of refinement and the aromas of the fruit.
After three years in the cellar, it is ready for the market. It is a long-lived wine.
