This grippy and complex Gruner Veltliner is loaded with flavors of tart limes, white pepper, grapefruit rind, and spice. Fruit for this cuvée comes from Brundlemayer’s ‘Lamm’ vineyard, which is dominated by chalky clay and loess over siltstone soils. This is one of the estate’s warmest vineyard sites, which allows fruit to optimally ripen.
