Château Carbonnieux is located just ten miles from the city center of Bordeaux in the appellation of Pessac-Léognan. Their vines are rooted in the region’s signature gravelly soils, which lead to crisp and refreshing wines that show a distinct sense of place. Their signature Bordeaux Blanc is a 60/40 blend of hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. The wine ferments and ages in oak barrels for 10 months, 25% of which is new. The final wine is nervy yet balanced, marked by zesty acidity and citrus-driven notes of white flowers and chamomile.
