Château le Puy is found on the same plateau as Saint-Emilion and Pomerol, situated in the heart of the Gironde. Their vines grow in clay, silex, and limestone soils, leading to high acid fruit full of concentration. ‘Duc des Nauves’ is a certified organic and biodynamic Merlot dominant (70%) blend rounded out with Cabernet Franc (30%) & Cabernet Sauvignon (10%.) Juice natively ferments in cement and is bottled unfiltered after one year of aging.
