Bérêche et Fils was founded in 1847 and is best known for their complex, innovative, and terroir-driven Champagnes. Now headed by Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, the family’s nine hectares of vines are farmed chemical-free and biodynamically, with cork closures used for secondary fermentation. ‘Le Cran’ is Chardonnay dominant wine marked by chalk and mineral-driven flavors, persistent bubbles, and a lingering finish.
