Envinate, literally meaning ‘wine yourself,’ is the passion project born of four Spanish friends, collaborating together at university in Alicante. Their ‘Taganan’ Blanco comes from very old parcels on the Canary Islands, comprised of an array of indigenous varieties. Salty Atlantic air brings a distinct minerality to the wine; smoky, terroir-driven fruit make the wine shine alongside tapas, Manchego, and shrimp doused in sea salt & olive oil.
