This ruby-hued wine from Morgon is absolutely delicious. Notes of dark berries, crushed rocks, kirsch, smoked meats, and black pepper dominate the wine’s soil-driven palate. Served chilled with grilled meats and veggies.

(Backstory: Sunier’s mother was a hairdresser in Dijon and Christophe Roumier regularly sat in her chair. Post-graduation, Julien wasn’t sure what he wanted to do for a career. After a life-changing opportunity to work alongside Roumier, his future was forever changed! He traveled the world, perfected the ins and outs of organic/biodynamic farming, and worked throughout the 10 crus of Beaujolais. The rest was history.)
