Founded in 2003 by Piero Incisa, Chacra’s mission is to express the unique microclimates of Rio Negro using organic farming and biodynamic principles to create expressive, pure wines. The 2017 ‘Sin Azufre’ is fermented with whole clusters (and native yeast) in concrete, aged in used oak for 11 months. The resulting wine is medium-full bodied, with notes of dried flowers, dark berries, and herbs. Only 3,000 bottles produced.
