Yohan Lardy is a vibrant young winemaker located in the heart of the Beaujolais. A fifth-generation vigneron, Johan does all of his work manually and farms all of his vines organically. His wines are known for their concentration, vivacious nature, and bright acidity. Fruit is whole cluster fermented with native yeasts and aged in ex-Burgundy barrels for 8-10 months. ‘Poppy’ is his Vin de France bottling produced from Gamay sourced around the region. The wine is juicy and aromatic, marked by notes of red berries, cranberry, and white pepper.
