This saline-tinged rosé comes from organically-farmed fruit in the heart of La Ciotat, located halfway between Cassis and Bandol. The wine’s blend is similar to that of Clos Ste. Magdeleine’s Cassis rosé, though this cuvée is a bit lighter on its feet. Notes of bright orange, red berries, and fresh cut herbs dominate the wine’s sea-influenced palate. Pair with salty olives, fresh cheese and baguette, or a variety of French-inspried snacks.
