Hervé Souhaut founded his domaine in 1993 and farms five hectares of old vines (50-100 years old) in the Rhone Valley. Souhaut produces his wines entirely from whole grape bunches and semi-carbonic maceration, leading to balanced and elegant final wines. His Syrah shows flavors of red and black fruits, smoked meat, and violets. Persistent and lively, the wine pairs perfectly with roasted meats and grilled veggies!
