This soft and wildly refreshing wine is definitely the most elegant of Breton’s cuvées. Fruit comes from a small sandy parcel of 60-year-old vines and is one of the more recent additions to the estate’s holdings. Taste this against the winery’s bigger-boned wines and really appreciate the finesse here. The wine is all tart cherries and fresh cut flowers.
