Founded in 2004 by Piero Incisa della Rocchetta, Chacra highlights the unique microclimates of Rio Negro using organic farming and biodynamic principles to create clean and honest wines. ‘Sin Azufre’ is native yeast and whole cluster fermented in concrete, followed by aging for six months in used oak. This medium-bodied wine is loaded with flavors of juicy red berries, dried herbs, and flowers. A true #PorchPounder! Only 3,000 bottles produced.
